Ingredients:

Salmon fillets: 2

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Olive oil: 1 tbsp

Garlic: 1 clove (minced)

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate salmon with lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until flaky.
