Fluffy Pancakes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Milk: 1 cup
Egg: 1
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp (melted)
Maple syrup for serving
Instructions:
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden.
