Fluffy Pancakes with Maple Syrup

A classic breakfast dish that never fails to please.

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour: 1 cup

Milk: 1 cup

Egg: 1

Sugar: 2 tbsp

Baking powder: 1 tsp

Butter: 2 tbsp (melted)

Maple syrup for serving

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl, then combine with dry ingredients.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden.
  4. Serve with maple syrup and butter.

Tip: Add fresh fruits like berries or bananas for a fruity twist.
