Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers): 3 cups
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
Ginger: 1 tsp (grated)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger.
- Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Variation: Add tofu or chicken for added protein.
