Authentic Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken: 500g (boneless)
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Butter: 3 tbsp
Tomatoes: 4 (pureed)
Cream: 1/2 cup
Garlic and ginger paste: 2 tbsp
Spices (turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder): 1 tsp each
Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for at least 2 hours.
- Heat butter in a pan, add chicken, and cook until tender.
- Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
